breakfast and new routines

Normally I dont eat breakfast bc when i wake up it's already lunch time, so it's not an issue.  But today starts the first day of my summer work schedule. I am going from second shift to first shift for the next three months.  Which means I need to start eating breakfast, otherwise i wont make it til lunch!  It also happened to be that today's topic at ww was breakfast. We were divided into three groups and had to create 4, 6, and 10 point breakfast options. people wrote down hard boiled eggs, cereal, milk, etc...

I have some cereal bars that i can take and fruit of course.  But does anyone have some good, filling, quick breakfast ideas??  I want something i can take and eat in the car or at my desk.  cooking isn't an option in the morning for me....

  1. Protein shakes filled with fruit and spinach and a banana for something to chew on. That is 90% of my breakfasts, quick, easy, get your protien (which many people dont eat for bfast, which is strange consider we are endurance athletes looking to repair muscle asap) carbs and a helping of veggies and fruit to start the day off

  2. I love the Greek yogurt that has fruit on the bottom. I add some Special K low-fat granola. It is super filling, easy and low-fat!

  3. I do greek yogurt with granola but that is hard in the car but it is quick if you have a minute before you leave the house.

  4. Egg whites 'fried' in a little Pam, turkey bacon on a sandwich thin or 100 cal. english muffin...I make these the night before and then nuke them a little in the microwave...put on a half slice of cheese also, a scrambled egg beater omlet combo of your choice in a wheat wrap...

Cheerios in a cup with milk, (any cereal of your choice)
